Torture In Mexico: A Victim Tells Their Story

Mexico has seen a severe increase in the number of torture cases in the past few years. Complaints received by the National Human Rights Commission in Mexico increased by more than 400% from 2007 to 2011, up to nearly 1700 cases last year.
