Smoking Ban In Thousands Of Areas Around Seoul

Restrictions on smokers in Korea are on the rise. Earlier this year, the Seoul Metropolitan Government banned smoking in thousands of areas around Seoul and anyone caught lighting up was hit with a hefty fine.
