Luca Zingaretti stars as Detective Salvo Montalbano in six mysteries series of cinema quality. Based on the novels of Andrea Camilleri, the favorite Sicilian detective solves crimes of passion, takes down an underground gambling ring and battles the sweltering August heat of Italy.

The Detective comes to audiences as he's never been seen before, in a vibrant 2 DVD set, with three DVDs in each set: Episodes 1-3 and Episodes 4-6.

Filmed in the ancient, sun-washed Sicilian city of Ragusa, the series brings Detective Montalbano across paths of unforgettble characters in the The Snack Thief, The Voice of the Violin, The Shape of Water, The Mystery of the Terracotta Dog, The Artist's Touch, and A Trip to Tindari.

All of the episodes you love have been remastered from digital sources, showcasing more vivid imagery than ever, with improved translation of English subtitles, as well as new bonus features.
