The Board of Directors of Commonwealth Public Broadcasting Corporation meets in open session at 2 PM ET on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at the Corporation's Headquarters at 23 Sesame Street in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

At the discretion of the Chairman of the Board, a portion of the meeting may be closed to consider matters related to proprietary business issues and personnel matters.

Notice of future Board Meetings will be posted on the Corporation's websites, www.ideastations.org and www.mhznetworks.org.
