Customer Support Coordinator

Job description

The Customer Support Coordinator will interact with customers via many different technologies to provide helpful solutions to inquiries. Also responsible for administering MHz’s account and building a service program with the technology.

Candidates for this position will: • Provide customers with excellent, unscripted support • Develop a comprehensive service program within and using other technologies as needed, that will grow with MHz • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to streaming technologies • Perform well on an individual level but within a team environment • Have a proficiency with social media and enjoy working with it in a business setting • Do all that you can, in your role, to help MHz succeed at the highest level • Be flexible in ability to take on new tasks; and grow with the position and the company

Desired Skills and Experience

• College degree preferred • 1-2 years of experience using, Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM tool (required) • Familiarity with social media and social media marketing and targeting, specifically Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords • Understanding of how home networking works (routers, operating systems, browsers, devices used in home environment, etc.) • Familiarity with stand alone streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, HBO NOW • Good attention to detail and proofreading skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distill consumer level technology into easy to understand terms for less tech savvy customers • Calm, professional, unflappable demeanor • Good organizational skills, resourcefulness and problem solving abilities • Novice level Photoshop skills; ability to create basic level instructional images • Experience in creating customer surveys • Demonstrated initiative and follow-through on multiple projects with shifting priorities • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
